Meet The Family

We are a local family run business located right here in Plainfield, IL.

Since 2012 we have been providing the residents of the Plainfield and Naperville areas with our 5 Star moving services.

We do not hire 'day labor.' Our movers are highly trained and highly qualified to take care of your belongings and to help take the stress out of moving day. We want to be your movers for Generations to come.

We are Brian and Carrie, the owners of Generation Movers. We have 3 sons who also work for the business. Our youngest David plays football at Plainfield Central high school. Joe, our oldest, has a few gigs, one of them is seasonally working for the Cubs. You may also see him in the local night scene calling Singo (Bingo with Music) or DJ'ing a local wedding. And Dan, our middle child, works as an electrical apprentice.  Carrie was a former teacher and currently works behind the scenes, while Carrie's mom, Jeanne, answers the phones and sends email estimates. Jean used to work in the mortgage industry and she understands house closings inside and out.

But the real Star of the show is Brian. In his early career he ran restaurants. Now he is the Glue that holds our moving business together. He is a 2 time Cancer Survivor (Neck and Brain--2 different cancers.) He loves to tell the story of his awake brain surgery and if you are brave enough, he'll show you the picture (not for the faint of heart) 

We also have a dog named Missy. She is our princess in a family of men.

As a family, we enjoy football, Disney, and watching the Impractical Jokers.
